Principals

Aldo D. Martin

Aldo D. Martin

President and CEO

Aldo founded Bellavista Group in 2014 and leads the firm's strategic direction, client relationships, and project pipeline. With more than two decades in Central Florida construction and development, he has personally originated every general contracting relationship in the company's portfolio and continues to serve as the principal point of contact for owners, developers, and institutional partners. Aldo has guided Bellavista Group through the delivery of communities and commercial buildings across the Orlando region, including Sandlake Station, Villa Domani, Juliette Townhomes, and Villages at Hunter's Creek Professional Medical Offices. He is based in Maitland and remains directly involved in every active project the firm undertakes.

Dennis Perez

Dennis Perez

COO

Dennis is a co-founder of Bellavista Group and serves as Chief Operating Officer, leading the firm's company-wide operational strategy, trade partner relationships, and project portfolio across general contracting and homebuilding. Over more than a decade with Bellavista Group, he has built and refined the systems, vendor network, and operational discipline that allow the firm to deliver projects of varied scale and complexity across Central Florida. Dennis works closely with the construction and pre-construction teams to ensure every Bellavista Group project meets the firm's standards for quality, schedule, and budget.

Steven Hiss

CFO

Steven is a co-founder of Bellavista Group and serves as Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for the firm's financial management, banking relationships, and risk and compliance functions. He oversees capital planning, lender reporting, and the company's financial infrastructure across its general contracting and homebuilding portfolio. Steven brings extensive experience in construction finance and has been integral to the financial systems that support Bellavista Group's growth into the firm it is today.

Craig Kaminsky

Pre-Construction Manager

Craig leads all pre-construction services at Bellavista Group, including estimating, bid management, value engineering, and subcontractor procurement across the firm's general contracting and homebuilding portfolio. He works directly with owners, architects, and engineers from initial concept through contract execution, building the cost basis and trade partner team that every Bellavista Group project is delivered against. Craig's pre-construction discipline is central to the firm's track record of bringing projects in on budget and to the schedule of values committed to at award.

Chris Richardson

Chris Richardson

Director of Construction

Chris serves as Director of Construction at Bellavista Group, leading the firm's Project Managers and Superintendents across all active jobsites in Central Florida. He is responsible for field execution, project delivery, schedule management, and quality control across the company's residential and commercial portfolio, working closely with Dennis on operational strategy and with Craig on the handoff from pre-construction to construction. Chris's leadership of the construction team is the day-to-day engine that keeps active builds like Buckeye Oaks, SODO by the Lake, Thelma Building, and Visions moving on schedule.

Director of Financial Reporting

Angel serves as Director of Financial Reporting at Bellavista Group, leading the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and project-level cost tracking across the firm's dual-platform construction management environment. He works closely with Steven on financial planning and lender reporting, and with the project teams on monthly draws, pay applications, and cost-to-complete analysis. Angel's work provides the financial discipline that underpins every project Bellavista Group undertakes.
